Our Client, a large mental health service, seeks a PSYCHIATRIST for a 3 to 6 month contract based in AUCKLAND, NEW ZEALAND.

DUTIES

• Clinical case management.
• Communication and liaison with family, carers and patients.
• Teaching and supervision.
• Practice cultural safety.
• Proactively pursue professional development and attend continuous medical education.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Registered to practice Psychiatry in New Zealand, or equivalent in a comparable country: Australia | Austria | Canada | Finland | France | Germany | Hong Kong | Iceland | Israel | Italy | Norway | Singapore | Spain | Sweden | Switzerland | The Netherlands | UK | USA.
• 5+ years clinical practice.
• Understanding and commitment to recovery principles.
• Computer literacy.

REMUNERATION

• NZD $130 to 200 per hour, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
• Flights and accommodation are negotiable.
