Our client urgently requires a Masters qualified Chemical Engineer for the role of TECHNICAL CONSULTANT - FLUID CATALYTIC CRACKING based in Moscow, Russia. 

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • After initial training in the Netherlands, the Consultant will initiate activities to promote FCC catalysts to prospective customers;
  • Maintain customer relations with clients, R&D centres and Company Headquarters;
  • Preparation of technical proposals;
  • Monitor and troubleshoot technical services; make recommendations for unit and catalyst optimisation;
  • Contribute to constantly improve the image of the Company as a catalyst supplier by giving presentations, writing technical articles, etc.;
  • Contribute to the collection of knowledge of experience with Company's products and make recommendations for areas of new product development.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • MSc Chemical Engineering degree;
  • Minimum 3 years of FCC experience;
  • Strong mix of commercial and technical ability in related field;
  • Ability to work independently;
  • Preparedness to travel;
  • Fluency in Russian and English;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills;
  • Team player.
