A requirement has arisen for a BUSINESS ANALYST based in the city the world is talking about, DUBAI in the UNITED ARAB EMIRATES (UAE).

In this key position, you will contribute to the growth of the Group by coordinating all new Project Development issues. You will have a clear understanding of the Commercial issues involved in the decision making process, and add value in areas such as Business Development, Market Research, Financial Analysis, Legal Issues, and Asset Management. You will be a central point of contact for all internal and Business Partner information requests.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS include:
  • A tertiary degree in Finance.
  • No less than 5 years relevant work experience (ie. Building / Construction Industry).
  • Experience working in a matrix organisation.
  • Experience driving & managing Projects on differing timelines (Building / Construction Industry).
  • Experience with preparation of Project Approval Requests, and putting together presentations to the Board (Building / Construction Industry).
  • Excellent financial modeling skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
