Our Client's ongoing expansion now calls for a LEASING MANAGER to be based in the UAE, an urgent requirement with immediate start available. The position will report through to the Business Head of the real estate division.The successful Candidate will be based in Dubai.

DUTIES

• Delivering regular and profitable contracts in line with targets provided.
• Plan, direct, manage and lead the whole leasing team responsible for commercial, retail and residential properties across the UAE.
• Develop, implement and manage leasing strategies.
• Develop and manage marketing programs.
• Formulate leasing budgets.
• Remain updated on leasing trends leading to new opportunities, strategic alliances and creating a competitive advantage in the market.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• A Graduate with knowledge in handling bulk & retail leasing activities.
• Minimum of 10 years of total work experience.
• Minimum of 6 years work experience within the UAE.
• Prior experience in heading and managing a leasing team .
• Strong negotiation & analytical skills and with good interpersonal skills.
• UAE driving license. 

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

•  Masters degree in Business Administration.
