Our Client is a multi-division and multi-location Company primarily engaged into the pharmacy distribution business in UAE. It is ranked amongst the top-most preferred distribution Companies in the region.

Our Client's ongoing expansion and diversification plans have created the need for a DIVISION HEAD SALES  to be based in DUBAI, an urgent requirement with immediate start available.


DUTIES

• Manage the entire day to day operations of the Sales Division.
• Plans and implements Forecasting, Business Plan, Budgets and Plan Achievements of annual targeted growth  and in accordance with the quality standards and based on the annual business plan.
• Ensure efficient and effective implementation of Marketing strategies. Manage and coach the entire Sales team.
• Ability to identify opportunities in both existing and new accounts to maximize revenues and to  deliver sales growth in line with the company’s strategic plan.
• Maintain good and healthy rapport with the principals. Conduct regular reviews to ensure achievement of targets.
• Collect market intelligence regarding market size and competitive trends. Conduct high level strategic surveys, analysis and recommendations for new potential markets.
• Monitor accounts and receivable collection (proper collection monitoring & evaluation). 
• Responsible for timely and accurate financial reporting requirements for Project Development.
• Prepares reports relating to financial position and actual / budget comparisons.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Management professional with proficiency in sales distribution, operations, business development, marketing, brand management, and client relationships.
• Around 20 years of total work experience.
• Minimum 10 years work experience in the UAE, with extensive contact network in the pharmaceuticals industry.
• Effective Team Leader, profit oriented, resourceful and consistent performer.

• Sales & marketing experience in pharmaceuticals industry.
• Pharmacy graduate.
• Master’s degree.
• UAE Ministry of Health license.
