One of Sydney's leading Microsoft Development teams is having what could be called a bumper year as everyone comes out of the Recession of '09.  With the markets recovering and Government looking to spend up on a bunch of projects, the outlook for 2010 is definitely GROWTH!

What that means for the Microsoft Team Lead's out there is that there are a couple of openings on the roster of this integration team.  There are two teams - one relatively small (6 people) and one reasonably large (20 people) and the possibility that another one will need to be structured towards the end of 2010.

To be successful you will need to have the following:
  • Minimum 5 years software development experience.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years small team experience or 3 years for the larger role.
  • Core MS development experience preferred.
  • Client facing capability.
  • Systems Integration experience (Government or Corporate).

Team Lead capability is the key here. If you have that experience then you have a strong chance of being on the interview list.

Salary - negotiable depending on experience level. Plus Super.
