Our Client is a renowned private residential, leisure, and commercial real estate property developer in the Middle East, North Africa, and Levant.

To strengthen its position as a premium developer in the region, our Client urgently needs a Marketing Manager for its new property business concept. This is an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate. 
 
 
DUTIES
  • Responsible for brand building and marketing communications of a new property business concept.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor various marketing campaigns for the new property business throughout the Middle East region.
  • Responsible for overseeing all above the line and below the line marketing initiatives for the new property business project.
  • Handle in-house database, customer relationship managment program, and research / development of the new business.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree in business / marketing.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in hard core branding and marketing communications in the hospitality sector.
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal relationship and leadership skills.
  • Creative, aggressive, and strong business orientation.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Existing UAE resident.


DESIRABLES

  • MBA graduate.
 
REMUNERATION
