Our Client is a leading global Commercial Bank with an enviable reputation for job satisfaction and career opportunities. A CUSTOMER SERVICES OFFICER is urgently needed for its new branch in Qatar.

 

JOB PURPOSE

To serve as a direct point of contact for bank customers. Responsible for ensuring that all bank customers receive high level and quality service with their queries and concerns.
 
 
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Provide personalized service to customers on various banking products, accounts, and service inquiries in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Understand customer's needs and provide quick attention and appropriate solution.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunties during customer interaction.
  • Ensure quality service to all customers to achieve total customer satisfaction.
  • Solicit customer's feedback and identify problem areas for improvement action.
 
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Bachelor's degree graduate.
  • A minimum of 2 years GCC banking experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales and service orientation.
  • Strong numerical ability and problem solving skills.
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy.
  • Excellent computer skills.
 
DESIRABLE CRITERIA
  • Arabic speaking.
        
 
REMUNERATION
  • QAR 9,000 per month.
  • Fixed Eid bonus & yearly performance bonus.
  • 30 days annual paid leave.
