Seeking experienced DEMI CHEFS specialising in preparing Arabic, Indian, Asian, Iranian, Turkish, & International meals.

DUTIES

• Preparation of Arabic, Indian, Asian, Iranian, Turkish, or International meals.
• Work on split shift from 7am to 1pm and 4pm to 8pm.
• Ensure hygiene is kept to standard at all times.
• Ensure kitchen utensils and equipment maintained in a clean and tidy state.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Male.
• Specialised in Arabic, Indian, Asian, Iranian, turkish, or International cuisine.
• Minimum 5 years experience, 3 years of which must be in a hotel and 2 years in the Middle East region.
• Good English language skills.
• Currently resident in the UAE.
• Able to start immediately.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• Aged 25 to 45 years.
• Understanding of Arabic language.
• UAE experience.

REMUNERATION

• Accommodation + meals.
• AED 4,000 to 6,000 per month commensurate with experience and perceived potential.
