Our Client is a leading global Commercial Bank with an enviable reputation for job satisfaction and career opportunities. A RELATIONSHIP MANAGER - CORPORATE BANKING (UAE / Qatar / Bahrain / Yemen) is needed. You will be based in head office in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES.


JOB PURPOSE
  • To manage one window operation of the Bank's Corporate portfolio in order to ensure profit maximisation, maintain quality assets, liabilities growth, and customer satisfaction.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
  • Achieve assigned level of net revenue from funded and non-funded facilities.
  • Increase quality advances and deposit portfolio.
  • Increase the gross yield on funded and non-funded facilities and decrease the average cost of deposit.
  • Increase trade business in line with assigned targets.
  • Keep the portfoilo limits valid.
  • Ensure internal compliance with the bank's credit policy.
  • Maintain regular official and social contact with corporate and financial institution customers as per internal credit policies and guidelines.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of an effective marketing strategy in order to maintain and increase market share, customer satisfaction, as well as to generate profitable business opportunities for the Bank.
  • Reduce the net profit loss of the portfolio.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Finance.
  • At least 2 years experience in Corporate / Commercial Banking / Financial Institutions business in a Foreign / Multinational Bank within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
  • An in-depth knowledge of Trade Finance, Treasury and other cross functional products.
  • Experience in strategic planning and project management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.


DESIRABLE CRITERIA
  • MBA graduate.
 
REMUNERATION
  • AED 18,000 to 24,000 per month.
  • Fixed Eid bonus & yearly performance bonus.
