Our Client urgently seeks a MATERIALS / PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR.

As MATERIALS / PROCUREMENT ADMINISTRATOR you will be responsible for purchasing, stores, and logistics. You shall also be expected to implement new procedures and processes to improve the procurement cycle.


ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Engineering degree.
  • MEP qualification / background.
  • Minimum 4 years UAE experience handling procurement of mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP) materials, supplies, and equipments.
  • Excellent knowledge of local market and suppliers.
  • Adept in managing stock levels.
  • Sound knowledge of the best practices in ordering, stores, and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENT
  • Experience with swimming pool projects in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
  • UAE driving license.
