Our Client is one of the world's best known international banks, with branches worldwide, and a leading presence in the United Arab Emirates.

For its Abu Dhabi branch, our Client urgently needs a Team Leader for Auto Loan, representing an outstanding career opportunity for the right candidate.

Salary package offer is from AED 7,000 to 17,000 per month (all inclusive) depending on qualifications.

DUTIES

Manage the auto loan team in Abu Dhabi.
Develop and grow the auto loan business.
Plan and execute sales strategies and tactics.
Develop profitable business relationship with auto dealers.
Achieve monthly targets.
Ensure top performance and optimum productivity of the team as per bank key performance standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree.
Excellent grasp of auto loan products, policies, and processes.
Minimum of 2 years experience in handling an auto loan team in the UAE.
Strong HR management skills.
Proactive, dynamic, passionate team leader, and results oriented.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
No Objection Certificate ( NOC ) must be available from existing employer.
Client has requested that a recent photograph of the applicant must be included in the application.
