Our Client urgently seeks a SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR ( QS ).

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 4 years construction related experience in the UAE.
Contracts administration and claims processing experience.
Possess the ability to work to deadlines.
Self confident in order to deal with clients and consultants.
Smart and proactive to implement new procedures / processes to improve contracts administration cycle.
Strong negotiation and organisational skills.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
UAE driving license.
If currently employed within the UAE, and outside of a Free Zone, you must be able to obtain a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your existing employer.
