Our Client is a leading bank in the United Arab Emirates, headquartered in the country's capital, Abu Dhabi, one of the most exciting places to be in the world today.

Our Client requires UAE NATIONAL (EMIRATI) BANK AUDITORS for their flagship branch in Abu Dhabi.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure all business risks are anticipated, recognised, and appropriately managed before they can adversely affect the Bank.
  • Audit reviews conducted in specialised areas, including commercial lending, investments, treasury, finance, deposit portfolio, mortgage loan production, retail banking, and regulatory compliance.
  • Review business processes and financial practices to ensure the use of compliant and best practices, procedural efficiency, and accuracy.
  • Prepares reports of audit findings for business managers, and proposes recommendations for changes as needed.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
  • Bachelor degree
  • 
Minimum 3 years banking experience.

  • Working towards Chartered or CPA designation.
  • 
Possesses intermediate-level understanding of audit standards, audit sampling and testing methodologies.
  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA
  • Business Acumen
  • Strong skills in presentation, listening, decision making, and time management
