DUTIES

• Develop and grow the Employee Banking Solutions (EBS) business by identifying and acquiring new companies for employees salary transfer as well as sourcing credit cards and personal loans from those companies.
• Build and manage strong relationship with existing and potential clients and ensure long term partnerships.
• Plan and conduct EBS presentations to HR/Finance Heads of Corporate clients.
• Implement sales strategies and tactics to build and sustain the Bank's EBS business.
• Ensure effective and prompt handling of customer queries / complaints.
• Maintain close relationships with referral partners within the bank to ensure constant and quality lead flow.
• Achieve set objectives / targets.
• Ensure top performance as per bank key performance standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 2 years UAE banking experience in client relationship function for Liability / Payroll & with extensive customer network.
• Knowledge of salary / payroll accounts, as well as credit cards and personal loans.
• Knowledge of financial / risk analysis for evaluation of company financial stability.
• Proactive, dynamic, passion for sales, strong negotiation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Understanding of the Wage Protection System.
• Excellent English communication (both written and verbal).
• Bachelor's degree attested by UAE Embassy.
• UAE driving license.
• Client has requested that a recent photograph of the applicant must be included in the application.

REMUNERATION

• AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month (all inclusive) depending on qualifications / experience, plus SALES COMMISSIONS  (on target commission would vary between AED 4,000 to  5,000 per month).
• Annual return airfares to home country.
