DUTIES

Build strong relationship with customers and ensure long term partnerships.
Develop and grow Payroll business as well as cross-sell entire bank products by identifying and acquiring new customers & ensuring company sign-ups.
Plan and execute sales strategies and tactics to build and sustain bank's Payroll business.
Close coordination with key referral partners within the bank to ensure constant and quality lead flow as well as quality cross-sales.
Achieve monthly targets.
Ensure top performance as per bank key performance standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum of 12 months UAE banking experience in client relationship function for payroll & with extensive customer network.
Proactive, dynamic, passion for sales, and strong interpersonal relationship skills.
Excellent English communication (both written and verbal); Arabic would be an advantage
No Objection Certificate ( NOC ) must be available from existing employer.
Educational degree attested by UAE Embassy
Must have UAE driving license
