Experiencing strong performance despite the global downturn, our Client has available MULTIPLE VACANCIES for SALES OFFICER - MORTGAGE LOAN, representing an outstanding career opportunity for the right people.


DUTIES

  • Promotion and sales of the Bank's Mortgage loan product.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships primarily with real estate developers and/or brokers.
  • Achieve monthly targets.
  • Responsible for generating loan volume and closed loans through sales and marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Maximise and enhance volume opportunities by promoting the bank's competitive mortgage loan products.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree. 
  • Minimum of one year UAE experience in bank mortgage sales (within the banking or financial sector). 
  • Thorough knowledge of mortgage product processing and credit policies.
  • Excellent English communication and inter-personal relationship skills. 
  • No Objection Certificate ( NOC ) must be available from existing employer.
  • Client has requested that a recent photograph of the applicant must be included in the application.

REMUNERATION

  • AED 6,000 to 7,000 per month (all inclusive) depending on qualifications plus UNCAPPED COMMISSIONS.
