As part of its strategic move in strengthening and focusing its coverage of the key markets in the region, our Client has available MULTIPLE VACANCIES for SALES OFFICER - MORTGAGE LOAN. This is an outstanding career opportunity for banking professionals to join our Client's team and will play key roles in driving its business forward.

 

DUTIES

  • Solicit mortgage finance business for the bank.
  • Sell the complete range of mortgage finance product portfolio of the bank.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships primarily with real estate developers and/or brokers.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Implement sales and marketing strategies.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years UAE experience in bank mortgage direct sales.
  • Thorough knowledge of mortgage product processing and credit policies.
  • Excellent English communication and inter-personal relationship skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS) and Selling policies.
  • Client has requested that a recent photograph of the applicant must be included in the application.


REMUNERATION
  • AED 5,000 to 6,000 per month (all inclusive) plus UNCAPPED COMMISSION ON SALES.

  • 30 working days paid leave
