Our client is one of the leading multinational banks worldwide with a strong presence in the UAE.

Having set up a new  team, our bank client urgently needs a Sales Manager to head the group in one of their Dubai branches. You will be required to implement cross-selling targets to help drive the Bank's multi product sales strategy, and lead your team in achieving those targets.

The role is particularly suited to Western expats with UAE banking experience.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• University graduate.
• Minimum 3 years experience in managing a sales team.
• An understanding of all banking products plus in-depth knowledge of the local market.
• Strong ability in sales planning and conceptualizing sales promotions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to influence results.
• Strong inter-personal skills and leadership ability to encourage enthusiasm and team spirit.
• Ability to enhance sales culture and serve as a strong motivational force to the entire team.
