A FINANCIAL CONTROLLER is required, a senior Managerial position at Assistant Vice President level.

Your KEY RESPONSIBILITIES will include:

• Preparation of various management and regulatory reports, monthly Income Statements, Balance Sheets and supporting schedules.
• Implementation of Accounting policies, practices, and procedures.
• Providing direction of day-to-day accounting activities, and assuring proper internal control of accounting and related areas.
• Supervising and preparing, as necessary, management control reports comparing actual versus planned budgetary performance.
• Serve as a liaison between Bank personnel and independent auditors in connection with Bank audits.
• Make appropriate recommendations to achieve short and long-term objectives for the Bank's financial reporting operations and operating system design, configuration, and programming requirements.
