Seeking a UAE-based FINISHING ENGINEER to spend most time in MOROCCO to manage and maintain the finishings in construction of Morocco-based hotels, palaces, hospitals and resorts. You will report to the Projects Manager in the UAE.

DUTIES

• Site supervision / project management for managing the finishing of project construction, including decor, in Morocco.
• Site maintenance.
• Managing contractors and consultants.
• Good understanding of drawings and finishing specifications for luxurious projects.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Male Arab national aged 30 to 35 years.
• Bachelor degree in architecture or civil engineering (preference for architecture).
• Willing to relocate to Morocco for current projects. Will be relocated back to UAE on completion of projects.
• Attentive to detail, good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Diplomatic and tactical communicator.
• Ability to speak, read and write Arabic, English and French.
• 5+ years experience in finishing luxury projects, including hotels, palaces, hospitals and resorts.
• Willingness to work irregular hours.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• UAE resident.

REMUNERATION

• AED 15,000 to 20,000 per month (market competitive remuneration commensurate with qualifications and experience).
