An experienced Sales / Marketing Manager from the graphics industy is needed to cover the Middle East North AFrica (MENA) region, but based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

DUTIES

• Construct, develop and implement a sales development plan, using recognised analysis techniques to increase sales and account development in both the Middle East and Africa.
• Maintain regular face-to-face contact with distributors and high-value direct accounts.
• Conduct market surveys for some African countries to improve sales and development of all products.
• Encompass all aspects of brand merchandising within retail environments, ensuring that the Brand is meeting its objectives in position, exposure, impact, etc.
• Training distributors.
• Preparation of sales plans & co-operative marketing proposals.
• Implement and supervise agreed sales objectives and plans.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• 4+ years experience in the Middle East within the graphic industry.
• Experienced in sales and marketing management.
• Fluent in English - read, write and speak.
• Aged 30 to 45 years.
• Experience with graphic offset products (prepress consumables).
• Specialist in computer-to-plate (CTP) technology.
• Skilled in processor, graphic art film, area marketing and market analysis.
• Hard worker.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• Arabic and French - written and spoken.
• Experienced with the graphic industry of Africa.
• UAE resident.

REMUNERATION

• Remuneration package is negotiable and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Relocation assistance will be considered for the right Candidate.
