An experienced FEMALE COOK required for preparation of Arabic meals for Executive Director's family. Work hours will be determined during interview.

DUTIES

• Preparation of three Arabic meals, per day, plus snacks as required.
• Ensure hygiene is kept to standard at all times.
• Ensure kitchen utensils and equipment are maintained in a clean and tidy state.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Female.
• Specialised in Arabic cuisine.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Middle East region.
• Good English language skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Currently resident in the UAE.
• Able to start immediately.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

• Aged 25 to 45 years.
• Understanding of Arabic language.
• UAE experience.

REMUNERATION

• AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month commensurate with experience and perceived potential.
• Accommodation + meals.
