Male Arabic national needed as SUPERVISOR of SECURITY GUARDS & DRIVERS at various sites, based in AL AIN, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. You will report to the Director of HR, Service and Control.

DUTIES

• Supervise security guards and drivers in various fields such as villas, farms and construction sites.
• Manage staff shift roster.
• Ensure site security procedures and safety measures are followed and in place.
• Logistics scheduling.
• Looking after gate security at all sites, external cleaning and staff uniforms.
• Ensure hygiene procedures are in place and carried out.
• Communicate effectively.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Birth place UAE. For security clearance purposes, only applicants whose birth place is the UAE will be considered, regardless of passport held.
• UAE residency.
• Male Arabic national aged 30 to 40 years.
• Tertiary qualification (diploma or degree).
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures, site supervision and house keeping.
• Arabic and English language skills.
• Willing to work split shifts 5 days a week from 8am to 1pm then 5pm to 8pm.
• Attentive to detail, diplomatic, tactical communicator, good interpersonal skills and a team player.
