Our Client, an insurance company seeks a Contact Centre Advisor, to handle its contact centre both inbound and outbound set up.

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, the successful candidate will be part of the dynamic contact centre team.

 

DUTIES

  • To handle all inbound and outbound calls on customer related quaries.
  • New and renewal business, claims calls from customer, vendors, and prospective clients.
  • Involvement with cross selling, up selling and retention activities.
  • To work with the team and liaise with various departments to meet customer requirements and resolve issues.
  • Arrange management reports and ensure that the department meets the service level target.
  • Operating within given practices and procedures.

 

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 1+ years experience.
  • Experience working in a contact centre with both inbound and outbound set up.
  • Experience in the insurance industry.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Willing to work weekends.
  • Excellent phone manner.

 

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

  • Continuous knowledge and skills update.
  • UAE Resident.

 

REMUNERATION

 

  • AED 8,000 to 11,000 per month.
