Our Client is a prominent Abu Dhabi based educational institution. An urgent need has arisen for an Administration Assistant to attend to general office duties for three months.There may be an opportunity to extend this later.


DUTIES

  • General office administration.
  • Answer telephones.
  • Communicate with staff and customers.
  • Flight and hotel booking.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

  • General administration experience.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Good communication skills.
  • All round computer proficiency Microsoft Office suite.
  • UAE Residency Visa already in place.

PREFERABLE CRITERIA

  • Arabic language skills.
  • Experience with flight and hotel booking.


REMUNERATION:

  • AED 5,000.00 to 10,000 per month commensurate with experience.
