Our Client is a world leading oil & gas operator in Papua New Guinea.

An immediate requirement has arisen for a HUMAN RESOURCE ADVISOR.

DUTIES / CONSULTING SERVICES

• Develop and design policies for the business in Human Resource Management.
• Recommend and Implement Business Improvement Plans.
• Introduce Industry best practices of HR Planning and Policies.
• Design process control manuals.
• Provide training on recruitment, payroll, performance appraisal and other HR functions
• Identify, document and Build minimum HR standards for a business.
• Implement using task based project approach.
• Some travel within PNG may be required.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Diploma / training in Human Resource Management.
• Tertiary qualifications in business management.
• At least 10 years of work experience in consulting, management or advisory functions.
• Having worked within the Human Resources department of a construction, mining or industrial organisation.
• Experience with training needs analysis and development of training plans.
• Non-PNG citizens must possess current PNG work permit and employment visa.
• Willingness to travel within PNG.

Duration of the contract will be based on assignment with competitive daily rates.
