• Create, execute and refine profitable financial strategies designed to maximise Corporate profits.
• Establish and implement IFRS Accounting Standards & Policies into daily reporting, analytical and planning functions.
• Implement internal control policies and procedures with the objective of supporting Corporate Management.
  
• Liaison with Sales & Revenue Management to provide financial input on future business, rates and projections.
• Review monthly financial statements with Operating departments to offer financial training and practical assistance.
• Implement a Capital Expenditure Plan with Corporate Directors to ensure best use of cash resources.
• Review and approve all contracts before they are signed, and participate in all material contract negotiations.
• Business partner and mentor all Corporate Operational Managers and Executives.
• Maximise cash flow by reviewing all Corporate activities, revenue & expenditures and cash management facilities.
  
• Foster strategic alignment and cooperation between stakeholders and the Operational and Support divisions.
• Be proactive in constantly seeking opportunities to improve and streamline existing and new operations.
• Maintain the highest level of ethical standards in alignment with Corporate guidelines and procedures.
• Oversee all Corporate accounting and financial reporting functions on a daily, monthly and annual basis.
• Manage all Corporate Budgeting and Forecasting functions.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of Annual Financial Statements for Audit and Tax returns.
• Oversee Corporate purchasing and warehouse functions.

• At least 15 years of progressive Financial experience in the hospitality and/or real estate industry.
• Current experience in a Director, Controller or Chief Financial Officer capacity.
  
• Hold a Chartered Accountant designation.
  
• Fluent in English & German languages.
• Have a proven track record developing innovative Financial hierarchies in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  
• Maintain an excellent knowledge with complex capital and debt structures.
• Must be a polished and dynamic communicator who is able to deal directly with challenging issues.
  

• Hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree or a related discipline.
  
• Hold a Certified Public Accountant designation.
• Possess Italian language skills.
  
• Possess additional language skills.
  

REMUNERATION

• Base salary of CHF 11000 to 13000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Plus a full package of company-paid benefits and relocation as appropriate.
