Our client is proud to call itself the 'Rolls Royce' of commercial security and detection systems in the UK. Their products are the premium brand of outdoor detectors for perimeter surveillance and are the world's leading manufacturer of high-performance infrared intrusion detectors. They now wish to expand into the Middle East market and are seeking a qualified and experienced SALES MANAGER, based in DUBAI, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES to develop the markets across the region.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and manage a network of Systems Integrators, installers and consultants for the region and assume responsibility for the sales channels in the territory.
Lead, organise and control the activities as well as supporting distributors in coaching, training and motivating product sales and education.
Assist Systems Integrators in responding to customer requirements and applications and recommend appropriate equipment configurations
Assist in submitting formal quotations and bids.
Assist Systems Integrators in conducting demos, tradeshows and other activites that build awareness.
Respond to technical and proposal requests from prospective customers, provide answers to technical questions and respond to competitive situations as required.
Travel to region to expand product awareness.
Meet and exceed the assigned sales goals for the region.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

5 years experience as a Sales Manager working the Middle East preferably within the electronic security arena.
Good working knowledge of CCTV systems.
Good knowledge of 'IP' systems.
Relevant technical qualification - preferably in electronics, electrics or IP systems.
Excellent communication skills, including English language.
Precise and timely reporting skills.
High IT literacy with good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Self motivated problem solver with good diagnostic ability.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA
