An exciting opportunity has arisen for a well qualified and experienced HR Project Manager for a Business Process Re-engineering initiative within a public sector office in Al Ain, United Arab Emirates.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• The selection and management of all 3^rd party vendors – from writing Request For Proposal to budget negotiation to selection to management to delivery.
• Management of these 3rd party vendors to deliver the Human Resources Systems Plan.
• Coaching, mentoring, guidance and direction of the existing Human Resources Team who are key decision makers in the process.

Human resources support is available from strong back office Human Resources qualified personnel along with an in-house Human Resources Specialist employed by the department.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

• Solid background and experience in HR business, processes, procedures and systems.
• Human Resources degree holder, or equivalent.
• Qualified as Project Manager - PMP or PRINCE2.
• Minimum 5 years Human Resource Management experience.
• Used to handling large budgets and multi disciplined workforces.
  
• Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and experience with implementation and management of Law requirements.
• 5 years experience with Human Resource Information Systems.
• Training and development delivery skills.
• Willing and able to travel to Al Ain, UAE.

• Preferred from a Consultancy background
