Our client has gained a reputation for quality, service and customer care that is unrivalled in the brassware and shower markets around the world. Now developing the Middle East market, they urgently require a PROJECT SALESPERSON to increase revenue through trading partners and sales through the specification market.

DUTIES

1. Creation of project specification for existing and new products.
2. Targeting of new project build in residential, hotel, commercial and hospital sectors.
3. Structure and implementation of sales strategies by product and brand to achieve targets.
4. Management of interface with local partners, government and municipal departments.
5. Development of strong relationships with developers, architects, specifiers and interior designers to specify product ranges as appropriate.
6. Identification of new markets.
7. Continued management and promotion of high levels of customer service levels.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

1. Degree / Diploma educated in a relevant discipline.
2. Self motivated and able to work independently.
3. Minimum 5 years sales and door opening experience.
4. Minimum 3 years bathroom industry experience.
5. Fluent English speaker - Arabic an advantage.
6. Previous construction related experience with high level decision makers.
7. Good industry contacts and the ability to identify opportunities.
8. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

REMUNERATION

This position will be based in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi.
